Business Credit Application
By clicking “submit application,” you certify the information you have provided is true and correct. You also agree that South Bay Web Design may obtain credit and business information about you and your company by any means, including obtaining information from consumer reporting agencies and/or other sources. You also agree that we may obtain credit reports for any reason on you from time to time in the future when updating, renewing, or extending your credit account. We may do so at the time you apply for your account, at any time while your account is open, or after your account is closed if you owe us any amount related to your account. Upon your request, we will tell you whether we obtained a credit report and the name and address of any consumer reporting agency that provided such report. We will report information about your business account to the major credit bureaus and Dun and Bradstreet.
Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report. If you believe that we have furnished any inaccurate information relating to your account to any consumer reporting agency, you may notify South Bay Web Design by phone or mail at 310-359-9189 or [email protected]
To help us respond to your notification, include your account number, Social Security Number, the name of the consumer reporting agency reflecting the inaccurate information, and an explanation of why you believe the information is inaccurate. You authorize South Bay Web Design to contact you at any number (i) you have provided to us, (ii) from which you have called us, or (iii) which we obtain and believe we can reach you at. We may contact you in any way, such as calling, texting, using an automated dialer, or using pre-recorded messages. We may contact you on a mobile, wireless, or similar device, even if you are charged for it by your provider. We will typically only call if there is an issue with your account or project.
